1. Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Some items, such as customized or perishable products, are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
